You have purchased IC1BK05 compatible JIT Recycled Ink for Epson.When I changed the ink, there were streaks and I couldn't print cleanly, so I called support.
Support provided guidance on head cleaning and arrangements for replacements, but since it did not improve, we temporarily took care of the printer itself.Since the target ink cartridge you returned could be printed normally with another printer, we judged that there was a problem with the printer itself and returned it after repairing it.

You have purchased IC5CL06 compatible JIT Recycled Ink for Epson.When I changed the ink, it was faint and the print was not clean, so I called support.
When I shipped the replacement product on the same day and had it replaced, the replacement product was able to print cleanly.Support investigated the target ink cartridges that were returned and found that they were able to print normally, and sent a report to that effect.

I didn't expect to be informed, so I was impressed by the polite response.
I was surprised at the sharpness of the sample photo printed with the ink cartridge that I returned as a defective product.
We send 120 ranch newspapers every other month to our product users, so we use a lot of ink.
The cost of ink is enormous, and I wanted to use an ink cartridge that was as cheap as yours.
If there is no problem with your product, I would like to continue using your ink cartridge.
