The product chip may be damaged (including internal data) by impact.Please be careful when handling the product.Also, when installing the cartridge in the printer, poor contact may occur, so insert the cartridge straight.
If it does not work properly even if you reinsert it, please contact us.

[C310/C311/C340/C341/C345/C346/C360/C361 series]E05 error/Error lamp flashes 5 times and cannot be used.

 Poor contact may have occurred.

Cleaning the contacts between the ink cartridge and the printer may solve the problem.
Clean the yellow ○ part in the figure below with a soft cloth, tissue, cotton swab, etc., and set it again.

Clean not only the defective color but also the other ink cartridge in the same way.
There are many cases of improvement.Please try.

If the above method does not solve the problem, turn off the power, unplug the power cord, and leave it for at least 6 hours.
Please try again.
