The product chip may be damaged (including internal data) by impact.Please be careful when handling the product.Also, when installing the cartridge in the printer, poor contact may occur, so insert the cartridge straight.

[C360 / C361 series]I replaced it, but I get an error saying "There is no ink" and cannot use it.(When using TS5330 / TS5430)

 Whenever I replace a Jitt recycle ink cartridge, I get an error message.
I will explain what to do when a message appears.
* There are two patterns of messages, so please be sure to read them until the end.


XNUMX. XNUMX. When the message "Canon genuine ink cartridge with the following usage history has been detected" is displayed on the printer

① Press the "OK" buttonPlease use it as it is.
* The ink level display is a state in which a small amount of ink remains (! Mark display).


(1686) If you continue to use it as it is, the message will change to [Support number XNUMX] "The ink may be out. It is recommended to replace the ink cartridge."


③ If you get the message in the above imagePress and hold the "Stop" button on the printer for XNUMX-XNUMX seconds.
Press and hold the "Stop" button to start the printer again and resume printing.
When printing resumes, the operation is complete.

1730. XNUMX.If the support number XNUMX is displayed on the printer
If the above display appears, read the screen according to the instructions on the LCD screen of the printer.
①Press "Next" to switch the screen display ②Press "Yes" to switch the screen display ③Press "OK" to switch the screen display

                

④ Press "OK" to switch the display screen     ⑤ When the screen changes to the followingPress and hold the stop button. (5 to 10 seconds)
           


When printing starts, the operation is complete.

(XNUMX) After pressing and holding "Stop", the ink level is not displayed.The timing of replacement is when the printed matter is badly blurred.
Please judge that the ink has run out.

(2) If you replace both black and color at the same time, you will need to perform step (1) once each for black and color.
Please note that the initial display differs depending on the cartridge, so the timing of operation also differs.
