Brother product support information

The product chip may be damaged (including internal data) by impact.Please be careful when handling the product.Also, when installing the cartridge in the printer, poor contact may occur, so insert the cartridge straight.
If it does not work properly even if you reinsert it, please contact us.

[Brother only]Ink is not recognized even after trying the improvement method.

Try cleaning the inside of the printer

If the problem persists even after trying the improvement method, set the ink cartridge in the Brother printer.
It may be possible to improve by cleaning.
Brother-like ink cartridges have some ink that can be seen through a part of the cartridge.
This ink is detected by the sensor inside the printer to detect the remaining amount of ink.
If this sensor part is dirty, it may not be recognized.
Therefore, it may be possible to improve by cleaning the sensor part.
Please refer to the photo below, clean it with a cotton swab, and then set it again.
