Even if I replace it with new ink, "Used ink" is displayed.

 When replacing a new ink cartridge, "used ink" may be displayed because of the printer.
Ricoh printers have a sub-tank to hold ink.I'm refilling the sub tank with ink from the ink cartridge.
If ink is not supplied to the sub tank when new ink is set, the printer determines that there is no ink.
It may be displayed as "Used ink".
The genuine manufacturer has disclosed the firmware to solve the problem.
However, please note that only the model number "SG5100" is available.

⑪ If "Firmware update is in progress" is displayed on the printer screen, the update has started.

[When there is no internet environment]
You can update the firmware even if you do not have an internet environment by saving the download file (the number folder in the above explanation ⑤) from a computer with an internet environment to a USB memory or SD card and moving the data file to a computer that does not have an internet environment.
