If it does not work properly even if you reinsert it, please contact us.

[C380381 XL series]It is not recognized even if the ink is changed.

Even if I change the ink, an error is displayed and it does not work.
If you get an error message even after replacing as shown below,
It may become recognizable by resetting the ink.
The method is described at the bottom of the photo.

 (XNUMX) Remove the ink cartridge from the printer. (XNUMX) Set the ink again.
(XNUMX) Close the printer, check the LCD screen display, and if the above display disappears, it is successful.

If the problem persists even after repeating the above operation 5 times, please contact the JIT Customer Relations Office at 0120-41-1630.
