The product chip may be damaged (including internal data) by impact.Please be careful when handling the product.Also, when installing the cartridge in the printer, poor contact may occur, so insert the cartridge straight.

【All models】Ink leaks from the outlet when the ink cartridge is removed

 Please refer to the following for the handling of ink cartridges.

Do not remove the ink cartridge once set in the printer until it is used up.

If you remove an ink cartridge that has been set in the printer once when the amount of ink remaining is high, ink may leak from the (cartridge) slot.You can prevent ink leakage by removing the ink after it has been used up.
