The product chip may be damaged (including internal data) by impact.Please be careful when handling the product.Also, when installing the cartridge in the printer, poor contact may occur, so insert the cartridge straight.
If it does not work properly even if you reinsert it, please contact us.

I get an error saying "The type of printhead is different" and cannot use it.

"Print head" is the name of the part of the printer.
If the error message "Printhead type is different" appears, the printer may be out of order.
This is not a problem caused by the ink cartridge.

The print head wears out and deteriorates with each print.
Sorry to trouble you, but please contact the support window of the printer manufacturer.
