The product chip may be damaged (including internal data) by impact.Please be careful when handling the product.Also, when installing the cartridge in the printer, poor contact may occur, so insert the cartridge straight.
If it does not work properly even if you reinsert it, please contact us.

[C345BXL / C346CXL]I replaced it, but I get an error saying "There is no ink" and cannot use it.(When using TS3130 / TS3330)

Our products C345BXL / C346CXLThe usage is different from the genuine product.
If you do not follow the steps below,An error has occurred in the printer and it cannot be used.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please be sure to clear the error according to the picture below.
Also, when setting inkSet it so that it does not hit the ink ejection port (where the ink comes out).
If the ink ejection port is scratched, it may cause ink blurring or poor recognition.

There is a similar description in the instruction manual that comes with the product.
Please also check.
