【All models】The paper gets dirty and comes out
The main causes for the printed paper to become dirty are that the rollers that feed the paper in the printer are dirty with ink, or that the paper is deformed due to creases.
Please check the following points.
Are you doing borderless printing?
Are you using borderless printing when printing photos?
Borderless printing prints outside the paper, so ink stains may occur at the edges of the paper.
In this case, cancel the borderless printing setting.
* The borderless setting method differs depending on the printer.For the setting method, refer to the instruction manual of the printer you are using.
Also, during borderless printing, the ink may stick to the printed part, which may cause the paper printed later to become dirty.
Perform roller cleaning.
If ink adheres to the paper feed roller, wipe the roller inside the printer several times with a tissue or the like.
If you are using a printer that has a roller cleaning function, try roller cleaning.
