FAQ

The product chip may be damaged (including internal data) by impact.Please be careful when handling the product.Also, when installing the cartridge in the printer, poor contact may occur, so insert the cartridge straight.
If it does not work properly even if you reinsert it, please contact us.

【All models】The printer went offline while using Jit ink ...

If the printer goes offline while using JIT Recycled Ink, please try the following methods.

1. Check the wiring and connection status

USB cable or LAN cable Make sure that the cable that connects the computer to the printer is not disconnected.If the cable is disconnected, reconnect it correctly.

If you have a wireless LAN (Wifi) connection, check if the wireless LAN connection is normal.
* For details on wireless LAN connection, refer to the instruction manual of the printer you are using and the instruction manual of the network device.


2, restart your computer and printer

Turn off both your computer and printer, and then turn them on again.
You will be able to print when both the computer and printer have started up.
* Before turning off the power of the personal computer, save the data you are working on.If you turn off the power without saving, the data you are working on will be lost.


3, reinstall the printer driver

If trying 1 and 2 does not help, reinstalling the printer driver may help.

If you have the driver CD-ROM that was included when you purchased the printer, you can reinstall it by using the CD-ROM.
If you do not have the driver CD-ROM, you can get one from the internet manufacturer's page.
* For details on how to set the printer driver, refer to the instruction manual that came with the printer.
