[B11/12]"Cannot clean" is displayed.

This message is an error message that is displayed when ink accumulates in the "waste ink absorption pad" inside the printer and the absorption limit is approaching.

The ink discharged during head cleaning accumulates in the waste ink absorption pad.Cleaning is performed not only manually when clogging occurs, but also when the power is turned on or when the ink cartridge is replaced.

Not limited to our ink cartridges, this is also done when using genuine ink or ink from other companies.

This error is not caused by a problem with our ink cartridges, so please contact the support desk of the printer manufacturer.
