[B11/12]Even though I replaced the ink cartridge, the message "No cartridge is available" is displayed and printing is not possible.
This error will remain displayed if the replaced ink is different from the indicated color, or if there is ink running out of ink other than the replaced color.
Make sure that the replaced color and the color displayed on the LCD screen are the same.Also, check if there is any color that has run out of ink other than the replaced color.
