【C320/321/325/326/350/351/370/371/380/381】Even if the ink cartridge is replaced, it is not recognized and printing is not possible.
Please check the following two points.
1. Are you using a compatible model?
Is your printer model number included in the compatible model column of the ink cartridge box you purchased?
Ink cartridges that are not compatible models cannot be used.
Some printers do not use ink cartridges of some colors.
If there is no mistake in the compatible model, proceed to 2.
2, wipe the IC chip
One of the causes of not recognizing is the reading error of the IC chip attached to the ink cartridge.
It may be improved by removing the unrecognized ink cartridge from the printer and wiping the IC chip with a soft cloth, tissue, or contact restoration agent used in electronic components.
* The IC chip is the square gold part on the bottom of the ink cartridge.
3 Take out all color ink, wipe the chip, and wipe the ink recognition part inside the printer.
If the above method does not improve the problem, the error information will be retained inside the printer and the problem may not be improved.
To reset once, remove all ink from the printer and wipe the chip as described above.

In addition, the IC chip of the ink cartridge may hit the inside of the printer.It is on the front side of the place where ink is set.
Wipe this in the same way.
Please try the above improvement method and set the ink again to see if the problem can be improved.
