The product chip may be damaged (including internal data) by impact.Please be careful when handling the product.Also, when installing the cartridge in the printer, poor contact may occur, so insert the cartridge straight.
If it does not work properly even if you reinsert it, please contact us.

【All models】I replaced it with new ink, but the printer does not work

Take the following measures.

Are you using a compatible model?

Is your printer model number included in the compatible model column of the ink cartridge box you purchased?
Ink cartridges that are not compatible models cannot be used.
Some printers do not use ink cartridges of some colors.

If there is no mistake in the compatible model, proceed to the next.

For models with an IC chip
Applicable ink cartridge

EITH, ERDH, EKUI, EKAM.EMUG, EYTH, ESAT Series

One of the causes of not recognizing is the reading error of the IC chip attached to the ink cartridge.
It may be improved by removing the unrecognized ink cartridge from the printer and wiping the IC chip with a soft object.
The IC chip is attached to the side of the ink cartridge.
If the problem still persists, you may be able to improve it by turning off the printer and leaving the power cord unplugged for at least 6 hours.

For models without an IC chip
Applicable ink cartridge
E01 / E07, E02, E04, E08 series

The printer side of the ink cartridge is recognized by the ita spring installed in the head cartridge.

When the ink cartridge is attached to the printer, it comes into contact with the ita spring, and the ita spring comes into contact with the electrode part inside the printer to recognize that a new ink cartridge has been set. (Some models do not have itabane)

If the ita spring is deformed, it may not be recognized after replacing the new ink cartridge.If such a problem occurs, the printer will need to be repaired.
