[E50/E61/E62/E69/E74/E75/E76/E78/ERDH/EMUG]White streaks appear in the print, and the overall color is different from usual

This symptom is caused by clogging of the ink cartridge.

Please try the following methods.

Perform nozzle check and cleaning

By performing nozzle check pattern printing (confirmation pattern printing), you can check which color of ink is causing clogging.

If there is ink that is clogged as a result of nozzle check pattern printing (confirmation putter printing), clean it.

After cleaning is completed, perform nozzle check pattern printing (confirmation pattern printing) again.

If the clogging persists, perform cleaning again.

* For nozzle check pattern printing (confirmation pattern printing) and cleaning methods, refer to the printer's instruction manual.

Check if it is set normally

Check if the ink cartridge is installed normally. If the installed ink cartridge is in a floating state, ink will not be supplied and printing defects will occur.

When installing the ink cartridge, press the ink cartridge until you hear a click.

Make sure you have removed the yellow tape

Some ink cartridges have a yellow tape. The yellow tape closes the air holes. If you use it without removing the yellow tape, the ink will not flow and the ink will not come out.

Also, if the yellow tape is not completely peeled off, the above phenomenon may occur.

If you have not removed the yellow tape, remove the yellow tape and try printing again.

If the problem persists even after trying the above, there is a possibility that the ink cartridge is defective. Jit Customer Service Office (Tel::0120-41-1630 Please contact us from 9:00 to 17:00).
