The product chip may be damaged (including internal data) by impact.Please be careful when handling the product.Also, when installing the cartridge in the printer, poor contact may occur, so insert the cartridge straight.
If it does not work properly even if you reinsert it, please contact us.

[Epson Printer]"Non-genuine ink detected" is displayed

"Non-Genuine Ink Detected" is displayed when I set an Epson Recycled Ink Cartridge in the printer.

Please try the following methods. (The image uses the image of the JIT-E50 series.)

When operating from a personal computer



Read the message displayed in the window and press the button labeled "Yes" at the bottom right to use the ink cartridge.

When operating from a printer (only for models with an LCD screen)



If you press the button with the same mark as the mark on the left that says "Next" at the bottom left of the LCD screen, the message will advance to the next page. (Messages, color schemes, and buttons on the LCD screen differ depending on the printer.)



When you read the message to the end, a screen asking if you want to use it as it is will be displayed. Select "Yes".
