The product chip may be damaged (including internal data) by impact.Please be careful when handling the product.Also, when installing the cartridge in the printer, poor contact may occur, so insert the cartridge straight.
If it does not work properly even if you reinsert it, please contact us.

【All models】When I print a photo, the ink comes off.

Make sure that the paper you use is compatible with the ink you used.

Depending on the photo paper, the type of ink that can be used may be specified.
If you use ink different from the specified type, the ink may come off when the paper is rubbed.
Example: When printing with pigment ink on paper that supports only dye ink, etc.

When purchasing photo paper, make sure that the ink you are using is compatible before purchasing.
