The person in charge will respond directly to determine whether the printer malfunction is caused by the Jit ink cartridge or the malfunction of the main unit.
(Depending on the symptom of the problem, we may take care of the printer before making a decision.)
* If you send the printer directly without contacting the Jit Customer Relations Office, we may refuse to respond.
We will take care of the printer at the Jit Customer Relations Office and guarantee the repair free of charge.
The person in charge at the Customer Relations Office will guide you on how to store your printer.
The repair period depends on the symptoms, but it takes about 1 to 3 weeks after the printer arrives at the Jit Customer Relations Office.
* The repair period may be 11 weeks or more during the New Year holidays, Golden Week, Obon festival, and other long holidays, and during the New Year's card season (November to December every year).
We will not be able to repair the printer if we determine that the problem is not caused by the JIT product based on the symptoms we received from the customer.

If you keep the printer, the person in charge will contact you and return the printer.
For models for which repair support has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we will refuse repair support even if it is considered that there is a problem caused by the JIT product.

If you send the repair to the printer manufacturer yourself, we will not be responsible for the repair cost.
