【All models】Is there a guarantee in the unlikely event that the printer breaks down?

We will take care of the printer at the Jit Customer Relations Office and guarantee the repair free of charge.
The person in charge at the Customer Relations Office will guide you on how to store your printer.
As for the flow of repair support
We will take care of the printer and ink cartridges.
We will investigate the ink and check if there is a problem caused by the ink.
If you can confirm that the printer is broken due to ink as a result of the investigation, ask the genuine manufacturer to repair it.
4After the repair is completed, we will return the printer to you.
The repair period depends on the symptoms, but after the printer arrives at the Jit Customer Relations Office1From week3It takes about a week.

If the defect is not caused by the JIT product

We will not be able to repair the printer if we determine that the problem is not caused by the JIT product based on the symptoms we received from the customer or the results of the investigation.As an example
When there is an indication that the waste ink tank is full.
When there is a problem due to damage or wear of the parts inside the printer.Etc.
Both are problems caused by deterioration over time.
The person in charge will guide you to contact the printer manufacturer's support desk, so please contact the printer manufacturer's support desk.

If you keep the printer, the person in charge will contact you and return the printer.We will bear the shipping cost in that case.
 
For models for which repair support by the manufacturer has ended

For models for which repair support by the manufacturer has ended, we will refuse repair support.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for your understanding.



If you have any trouble using JIT products, please contact Jit Customer Service Office (0120-41-1630).

If you send the repair to the printer manufacturer yourself, we will not be responsible for the repair cost.
Even if you contact us after the repair, we will not be able to respond.Please be sure to contact us when you determine that the printer has failed.
