The product chip may be damaged (including internal data) by impact.Please be careful when handling the product.Also, when installing the cartridge in the printer, poor contact may occur, so insert the cartridge straight.
If it does not work properly even if you reinsert it, please contact us.

[C310/C311/C340/C341/C345/C346/C360/C361 series]The printout is not clear.

 Printing is not clear when replacing with new ink.No color comes out.It gets faded.There are streaks in the print.If you experience symptoms such as blank pages appearing, please try the following methods.

XNUMX. .Head cleaning
The printer is equipped with a head cleaning function.
If you are using a printer equipped with an LCD screen, please select the "Maintenance" menu.
Please perform "Cleaning" or "Powerful Cleaning".

XNUMX.Cleaning the IC chip of the ink cartridge.

Wipe the area shown in the image below with a soft cloth, tissue, etc., and then set it again.



XNUMX.Cleaning the ink cartridge outlet
①Remove the ink cartridge from the printer.
②Please prepare wet tissues or kitchen paper/tissues dampened with water.
③ Wipe the outlet of the ink cartridge.Wipe it 4-5 times in the direction of the image below.
*If the ink does not adhere to the tissue at all, or if the ink does not come out gradually, there may be a problem with the ink.
Please contact our customer service department immediately.

   

④Reset the ink, print, and check the printing status.
