The ink cartridge model number varies depending on the printer model.
If you purchase the wrong ink cartridge model, it will not be recognized by the printer even if you install it in the printer.
Please check if it matches the model number of the used cartridge you removed.
The color you replaced the ink cartridge for may not necessarily be showing an error, so please check the display again.

In the above photo, C (cyan) is displayed as an error.
The device will not be recognized correctly unless it is installed in the correct position.
You may be able to place it in a location of a different color, but this will result in an error because the chip information is incorrect.

"Printhead" is the name of a part inside a printer.
If you get the error message "The print head type is different," this may be due to a malfunction or deterioration of the printer itself.
This is not a problem caused by the ink cartridge.
The print head wears out and deteriorates with each print.
Sorry to trouble you, but please contact the support window of the printer manufacturer.
The reason used ink cartridges make a sound when shaken is because the printer is designed to intentionally leave a small amount of ink inside to prevent malfunctions.
Even if you can hear the ink moving when you shake the cartridge, you cannot continue to use it, so please replace the ink cartridge.
If there is a yellow "peel off" tape on the top of the cartridge, please peel it off.
If it has an orange cap, please remove it.

We apologize for any inconvenience.
We will promptly replace the item with a new one.
Please contact JIT Customer Service without opening the product packaging.

If the problem persists after checking the above,
Please check the Canon website.
If the paper is too thick or too thin, smudging or rubbing may occur. Please check that the paper is of the appropriate specifications.
Additionally, dirt and scratches can occur if there is dirt on the rollers inside the printer. If your printer has a "paper feed roller cleaning" function, please try it. The procedure varies depending on the model, so please refer to your printer manual.
The ink absorber is a consumable part that absorbs ink discharged during cleaning or printing. If an error is displayed, you cannot replace the part yourself, so please refer to the Canon website.
