Case of joint ink development

Inking oil smoke and pine smoke for inkjet printers

Utilizing Japanese paper that reproduces classical literary works with limited disclosure such as national treasures and important cultural properties with traditional techniques and materials close to the original, and the current printing technology used for digital archives of cultural properties that we have been working on so far We have jointly developed a "remastered cultural property" that can be seen by many people with companies, research institutes, and universities.
Jit reproduces the ink used in the ancient writings of the time.We have developed an ink that can be printed with an inkjet printer using soot (pine smoke, oil smoke) and glue (glue).
The results were announced at the symposium "Japanese Literature Exhibition-Literature and Media Millennium Tan-" held in September 2020.

Remastered the national treasure "Heiji Monogatari Eshi" from the Kamakura period (late 13th century)
