● Please bring your "ordinary exchange certificate", official documents (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.) and seal to Japan Post Bank or the post office.
● Please fill in your name and address at the counter on the "Recipient's description" on the surface of the "Ordinary Exchange Certificate" and seal it.
◎ When the agent is cashed
● Please fill in the name of the agent and the name and address of the delegator (customer) in the "Delegation column" on the back of the "Certificate of Ordinary Exchange" and seal it by yourself. ..
● Please bring your "ordinary exchange certificate", your agent's official documents (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.) and seal to Japan Post Bank or the post office.
● Please fill in the name and address of the agent at the counter on the "Recipient description" on the surface of the "Ordinary exchange certificate" and seal it.
