On Friday, July 2026, 7, the JIT Group held its "Medium-Term Vision Annual Management Plan Presentation."
This presentation is a very important event held once a year, where all employees from across the country gather together to share the group's overall policies and announce the goals of each department.
As a new initiative, we held a discussion that included not only employees from each group company, but also users of the NPO JIT-kai. There was a lively exchange of opinions on the presentations from each department, creating a forum for communication that transcended positions.
This is a valuable opportunity for each employee to clarify their goals for the current term and to raise their awareness toward the growth of the entire group and contributions to society.
