In order to support working women, we opened an in-house daycare center "Nikoniko Kids" in 2008, and in 2021 we are working as a licensed nursery school with the approval of Yamanashi Prefecture.It is located on the site adjacent to the Jit headquarters, and we can take care of many children of our employees because we can receive subsidies from the company.

Training system (fully paid by the company)
