JIT Co., Ltd. is the most important "human resources development" employee under the "founding spirit" of "burning lives that are utilized by work and services that are useful to people" that the founder Masato Ishizaka advocated to this day. We have focused on education and worked to establish the Jit brand.

Inheriting the spirit of Just In Time, which is the origin of our company name, we aim to be a company that is needed by society by constantly developing and searching for products and services that are needed in each era.

As we take on challenges from Yamanashi to Japan and the world, the most important thing is "human resources." We will focus on developing the human resources that society needs, and aim to become a company that everyone knows when they hear the name JIT.

"Just In Time," which is the origin of the company name, was established in 1991 with the aim of providing the goods and services that the world needs when needed.

We set clear goals for all 17 SDGs that are familiar to the [founding spirit], and always aim for a sustainable society in the future with the catchphrases "From Yamanashi to Japan!" And "From Japan to the world!" We are working hard to throw.

Regarding the current collection of used ink cartridges, we will increase the current collection amount of 26,000 million ink cartridges to 2030 million in 52,000 to reduce CO2 generated during incineration.

In April 2022, we will start a "reuse business" to reuse unnecessary items and deliver them to people all over the world who need them, and promote a sound material-cycle society.

We hope that it will contribute to the development and happiness of the local community by creating a comfortable working environment, complete a nursery center that can be taken care of by children aged 0, and providing a place where people with a handicap can work with a sense of satisfaction.
