This ‘Ethos of the Company’s Foundation’ reflects the thoughts and hopes that I have held for my business, the feelings I have for my customers and my employees, and the efforts I have striven to accumulate from the outset and all the way to the present, as the company’s founding president.
Ours is a company that is ‘needed by society.’ It is not possible to win a battle with product capabilities alone. It takes quality services and the human abilities of each individual employee to gain the affection of customers. The ‘Ethos of the Company’s Foundation’ embodies everything that forms the bedrock of the JIT Group’s corporate culture and organizational climate. I truly hope that the ‘Ethos of the Company’s Foundation’ will be understood, and strike a chord with all those who read it or hear it, in order for them to empathize with our ideals and pass them on in the future.
