Masato Ishizaka, CEO
Our ‘Management Principles’ are based on the ‘ethos of the company’s foundation’, and embody my management philosophy, way of life, and values, as the company’s president. While the ‘ethos of the company’s foundation’ expresses our hopes and ideas from the time of the company’s inception, the ‘Management Principles’ define the mission, objectives and orientation of the JIT Group. We plan to develop our business hereafter using the foundation of these Management Principles.
Global change is accelerating rapidly now that we have entered the twenty-first century. Amidst this aggressive change, it is vital that management is steered in a direction that is suited to the times. However, if the core elements of management are weakened as part of the process of this repeated change, it can be easy to lose sight of the company’s direction in the endless sea of information, and drift off course.
We formulated these ‘Management Principles’ to act as a pillar of values, to keep us grounded in these rapidly changing times. The JIT Group aims to be a corporation that puts these ‘Management Principles’ to practice, and we will develop strategies and tactics in line with this directionality.

We will contribute to society through our businesses, which involve the manufacturing & sale of office automation (OA) devices, recycling, and important ceremonial occasions.

We will establish the world-class JIT brand through our reliability and through the sense of security and speed delivered by our products and services.

- We will work to perfect our personal abilities in order to act appropriately and with common sense.
- We will strive to be the first to acquire factual information, make prompt decisions and act accordingly.
- We will strive to make proactive improvements and innovations, to create quality-driven products and services that give great satisfaction to our customers.
- We will treat all problems as our own personal issues, and strive to overcome these by never losing sight of the final goal.
- The company will value its employees as an ‘essential presence’, and will support them completely to enable staff and their families to live enriched, happy lives.
